Wealth Management Services FAQ
Q: How do you charge for your services?
A: We are a fee-based RIA firm which means that the advisor charges a fee based on the assets managed. Consultations with the advisor are always free, and the exact tiered-fee structure is reviewed with every client during their first meeting before doing any investing.
Q: What is the minimum amount of assets required to work with your firm?
A: There is no minimum amount required to work with our firm.
Q: Can I meet with a wealth manager in person, or is everything done online?
A: We prefer that the first meeting with your advisor is in person if possible, however, we are also equipped to do online meetings. All of the paperwork, however, will be done electronically through secure electronic signings.
Q: How often will I meet with my wealth manager?
A: It is recommended that every client meet with their advisor at least once a year for an annual review to ensure that portfolio goals and objectives have remained the same. These meetings can be conducted in person, online, or through a phone review.
Q: Can I access my accounts and view my investments online?
A: Once you become a client of our firm, you will have the option to set up an online account where you can view your accounts as well as access statements, tax documents, and performance information.
